Refund Policy

Event tickets

Tickets successfully purchased for a listed event cannot normally be cancelled and are non-refundable. If Nolimmits cancels the event, the ticket amount will be eligible for a full refund.

Failed transactions

If a transaction is unsuccessful but money is deducted, notify Nolimmits. Once confirmed, the refund process will be initiated to the original payment account.

Payment offers

Issues relating solely to payment-provider, wallet or card offers must be addressed by that payment provider. Processing times are controlled by the relevant bank or payment service.

Admission conditions

Refunds are not issued when admission is refused because a guest does not meet the stated age, identification, dress-code, safety or venue-entry requirements.
